Graham Cracker Crust: Crushed graham crackers mixed with melted butter and sugar create the base of the cheesecake. You can also use other types of cookies or biscuits for the crust, such as digestive biscuits or vanilla wafers. All available at most grocery stores.
Sugar: Granulated sugar is used to sweeten the cheesecake filling. Adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste preferences.
Vanilla Extract: Adds flavor to the cheesecake filling. You can use pure vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste for the best flavor.
Fruit Filling: We used blueberry pie filling and cherry pie filling to create the American flag design on top of the cheesecake. You can use fresh fruit, if you prefer.
Lemon Juice: A small amount of lemon juice is added to the cheesecake filling to enhance the flavor and provide a slight tanginess.Add lemon zest as well, if you wish.
