My mom can't have gluten, so this is a great option for our family pizza night when she's visiting us. This Freschetta gluten free pizza has a thin and crispy crust and lots of cheese. Yum!

Freschetta Gluten Free Pizza is available in two flavors: Four Cheese Medley and Pepperoni Pizza.

Putting this pizza together is super simple. Start by chopping up your veggies. Set aside.

Take the pizza out of the packaging and place on a lightly greased pizza pan. Sprinkle the veggies on top.

Bake in a 450°F. oven for 12-18 minutes or until golden brown on the edges. Do not overbake! You don't want the veggies too brown.

Slice it up into 8 sections to make 4 (2-slice) servings! Enjoy!

Ingredients

• ▢ 1 Freschetta Gluten Free Four Cheese Medley Pizza
• ▢ ½ cup chopped red pepper
• ▢ ½ cup chopped green onion
• ▢ ½ cup chopped broccoli
• ▢ ½ cup grated carrot

Instructions

• Preheat oven to 450°F.
• Remove pizza from package and place on a large cookie sheet lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Distribute veggies evenly on pizza.
• Bake for 12-18 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Note: do not overbake. You don't want the veggies to be brown.
• Serve immediately.
